The teaching event aims to homogenize the knowledge in the participating organisations. Two core activities will be implemented at the training:
- Knowledge transfer about active learning and the heutagogical approach to develop self-determined learners on transnational level between the participating organizations (lectures)
- The planning of an implementation of future courses based on Flipped Adult Education
The project focuses on Blended Learning as the logical approach to flipped learning. Flipped Learning 3.0 must be understood as a learner-centered approach to active learning based on active training methods.
The aims of the training event will be reached by the following lectures and workshops:
- Knowledge transfer on transnational level and between the participating organizations
We will compare the experience with different groups of adult learners - Active learning and the heutagogical approach to learning, especial in Blended Learning
Here we will develop some ideas, proposals and case studies for the active learning approach. This will focus on project-based learning, collaborative learning, mixed methods and other techniques. - Analyses of the DigComp framework and the implementation of specific items in the courses
We will get an overview of the framework and analyze the needs of learners and trainers - Use of the e-Xcellence framework as a base of course development
We will analyze the e-Xcellence framework of the EADTU1 and discuss the possible and applicable transfer to adult education - Flipping the learning – shift of the roles of trainers and teachers
We will summarize the first experience of the presentations done by Jon Bergmann and Errol Smith at the kickoff meeting - The planning of the implementation of new courses
We will develop proposals for possible future courses based on flipped learning
